A proud moment for Fatima Jinnah Women University’s Computer Science Department! An MPhil thesis project under the NRPU Speech-Enabled Machine Translation System for Pakistani Languages, developed by Sheema Firdous under the supervision of Dr. Sadaf Abdul Rauf, secured the Runner-Up Prize (2nd Position) in the Student Category of PASHA ICT Awards.
The project competed against top universities, including NUST, IST, and Bahria, and was highly praised on stage by Dr. Shoab A. Khan along with the panel of judges.
